Key Responsibilities

  • •Support ER issues and processes for aligned business groups, including investigations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • •Assist with investigations by reviewing complaints/evidence, interviewing, and preparing analysis and investigation reports.
  • •Coach and counsel business managers/HR teams on performance-related actions, including PIPs, warnings, and attendance issues.
  • •Provide recommendations to managers on appropriate action to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable law.
  • •Maintain accurate ER documentation, drive timely closure of ER matters, and liaise with stakeholders for tracking and reporting; support POSH compliance with ICC.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of relevant employee relations/generalist/HR business partner experience.
  • •Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in ER, HR generalist, or HRBP.
  • •Strong working knowledge of employment law and experience supporting organizational compliance.
  • •Experience conducting workplace investigations and preparing investigation analysis/reports.
  • •Excellent coaching, influencing, conflict resolution, negotiation, communication, and analytical/reporting skills.
