Own product areas across BJAK’s finance super app, from defining user problems and success metrics to building roadmaps and launch plans. Partner with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams to turn complex financial products into simple customer journeys. Use data, feedback, research, and production issues to improve decisions, launch iteratively, monitor performance, and make trade-offs across speed, UX, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

Key Responsibilities

•Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services.
•Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans.
•Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
•Turn complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys.
•Launch features, monitor performance, drive iterations, and make trade-offs across speed, UX, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

Key Requirements

•Experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth/product operator or similar role.
•Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows.
•Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship real products.
•Comfortable using metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
•Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or high-growth products is a strong advantage.
