Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion safety by enforcing CRH safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including audits, inspections, and training.
  • •Oversee daily asphalt plant and paving crew operations, planning production schedules to meet project timelines and demand.
  • •Monitor plant performance, equipment utilization, and efficiency, and coordinate maintenance to reduce downtime.
  • •Ensure mix designs meet DOT specifications and customer requirements, partnering with quality teams to resolve quality issues proactively.
  • •Manage budgets and KPIs (production rates, margins, efficiency), supporting bidding/estimating and forecasting as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of asphalt production, mix designs, and paving practices.
  • •Familiarity with safety regulations (MSHA/OSHA) and environmental compliance; valid driver’s license.
