Job Summary

Support the planning and execution of food brand strategies, driving project management for product innovations and on-ground brand experiences. Own end-to-end tracking for NPD and PPA timelines to enable on-time launches, coordinate stakeholders across R&D, Procurement, and Sales, manage artwork approval and packaging updates, and track monthly A&C expenditures against the approved budget. Lead brand event execution and ensure packaging changes meet food safety and local regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Track end-to-end timelines for New Product Development (NPD) and Product Portfolio Architecture (PPA) to ensure on-time launches.
•Coordinate stakeholders across R&D, Procurement, and Sales to drive product approvals and stage-gate milestones.
•Oversee the artwork approval process and manage updates to packaging artwork, including nutritional facts, ingredient lists, and legal claims.
•Track and report monthly A&C expenditures and manage the end-to-end PO process for timely vendor payments and accurate accruals.
•Lead brand event execution and coordinate with QA/R&D to ensure packaging changes meet food safety and local regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

•Master’s or Bachelor’s in Marketing or equivalent.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG or Food & Beverage.
•Knowledge of the marketing mix, product development, competitor assessment, and financial management.
•Practical knowledge of the 4Ps of marketing and strong financial literacy to manage A&C budgets and conduct PPA analysis.
