Job Summary

Support incoming quality control for Fortinet network security products by developing test scripts and performing IQC testing on hardware and firmware. Guide QC technicians in executing IQC procedures, apply rework and upgrades across components (BIOS, OS, SMC, CPLD), and prepare approved units for shipment. Conduct failure analysis, troubleshoot test issues, and produce technical reports while collaborating with engineering and global Quality Management teams.
