Lead end-to-end AI and customer-experience deployments for Intercom and Fin, combining project management with hands-on technical configuration. Define scope, success criteria, and timelines; act as the primary customer contact; and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to deliver measurable outcomes. Facilitate discovery sessions, coordinate technical readiness (integrations, data migrations, security reviews), and track metrics like time-to-value and automation rates to ensure customers achieve AI value at scale.
