Key Requirements

  • •Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and judgment using data to make recommendations within established procedures.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Physics, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience), plus recent people-management or team-lead experience in a lab, fab, or manufacturing environment.
