Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and recognizing impact on clients’ day-to-day outcomes.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and provide effective, customized recommendations during in-person and phone conversations.
  • •Open and manage accounts and deposit products, including consumer checking, small business, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Attain individual activity and sales goals while leveraging lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year experience building and developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and growing referral sources (sales is more important than financial services experience).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfortable interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word and Excel).
