Key Responsibilities

  • •Work under the direction of the Project Manager to support planning, staffing, scheduling, budget management, quality control, safety, and coordination of subcontractors and internal technical/support staff.
  • •Develop the project cost breakdown structure and baseline budget, and implement cost control procedures to track expenses and analyze cost variances.
  • •Use project performance data and integrated project controls methodologies to align cost and schedule management efforts.
  • •Manage change order processes and assess impacts on project costs and schedules, including funding availability and procurement documentation review.
  • •Maintain financial reports for project subtasks and provide client monthly roll-up summary reports; support PMIS administration and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent (advanced degree or professional certifications like PMI-SP or AACE CCP/CEP are a plus).
  • •10+ years of combined field and office project controls experience on large-scale projects.
  • •Extensive knowledge of cost estimating, cost control, and schedule management best practices.
  • •Experience developing dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI and/or Tableau; strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • •Experience working with/administering PMIS tools such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, e-Builder, Procore, or similar platforms.
