Job Summary

Lead production work in partnership with the Production Supervisor to keep assignments running safely and on schedule. Enforce policies and safety regulations, enter safety information into company compliance software, and identify schedule gaps and needed changes. Step in to work production when gaps occur, ensure employees receive appropriate training, and package/maintain production documents for processing while verifying equipment and progress meet specifications.

Key Responsibilities

•Enforce company policies and safety regulations; report or address issues as needed.
•Enter safety related information into company compliance software as directed.
•Execute the production schedule, identify gaps/needed changes, and fill gaps by working in production.
•Ensure employees receive compliance, safety, or technical training as needed.
•Inspect work progress and equipment for safety and specification compliance; maintain attendance and authorize schedules for payroll.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Prior experience in production/manufacturing required; concrete manufacturing experience is a plus.
•Ability to communicate effectively with team members.

•Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and work in a plant production environment with exposure to noise and dust.
