PRADA Client Advisor (m/f/d)

Serve clients in the PRADA store in Vienna by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. Build and maintain individual client relationships using CRM and digital tools, proactively cross-sell across departments, and drive sales targets and KPIs. Stay current on fashion trends and competitors, demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge, handle complaints with the line manager, and uphold shop-floor, visual display, and security standards to help prevent product thefts.
