  • •Write and manage construction contracts with subcontractors across multiple disciplines through close-out.
  • •Perform project controls including scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
  • •Oversee full lifecycle of tasks/projects to achieve on-time, under-budget delivery with customer satisfaction.
