Job Summary

Provide Level 2 onsite technical support for enterprise clients, handling network and infrastructure operations across LAN/WAN/Wireless, IP telephony and unified communications, AV/video conferencing, firewalls, building security systems, and telecommunications infrastructure. Diagnose incidents, perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, execute change activities and planned/emergency maintenance, and collaborate with Level 3 teams, vendors, and stakeholders using ITIL-based ITSM processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide Level 2 onsite support for network and infrastructure technologies including LAN, WAN, wireless, IP telephony/unified communications, AV/video conferencing, firewalls, building security systems, and telecommunications infrastructure.
•Perform fault isolation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for incidents and service degradations.
•Execute network changes, migrations, upgrades, and installations per change management processes, and support planned maintenance and emergency restoration.
•Handle incidents and service requests within SLA timelines, escalate complex issues to Level 3 teams or vendors with documentation and technical analysis.
•Act as an onsite technical representative at customer locations; maintain technical documentation, runbooks, network diagrams, and update ticketing/asset records; contribute to knowledge base articles and SOPs.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
•3–5 years of hands-on onsite network/infrastructure support in enterprise or managed services environments.
•Solid understanding of LAN/WAN/wireless networking concepts and IP telephony/VoIP fundamentals.
•Hands-on knowledge of AV and video conferencing technologies, firewall fundamentals/basic security principles, and building security/surveillance systems.
•Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow or equivalent) and understanding of ITIL processes and operational best practices.
