RFAB Equipment Technician Thinfilm PVD/ASH Night Shift

Maintain and improve semiconductor fab equipment during the night shift. Perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, upgrades, and installations, while partnering with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve issues efficiently. Monitor and analyze tool performance data, coordinate supplier service and repairs, and document technical findings with recommendations. This role focuses on improving system performance, reducing repetitive downtime, and keeping tools running to process requirements.
