Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and monitor monthly workshop work schedules and budgets, ensuring performance stays within agreed financial parameters and initiating corrective actions as needed.
  • •Review the workshop structure, work flows, and job responsibilities with the Service Manager to ensure efficient and effective organization of work.
  • •Ensure smooth supply of parts to technicians, and coordinate with parts departments for alternative sources when items are unavailable.
  • •Supervise mechanics and maintain workshop processes, quality standards, profit, customer satisfaction index, and safety requirements.
  • •Maintain equipment (e.g., car wash, lifts) in proper working condition with periodic maintenance and manage related operational planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Technical) and a management qualification.
  • •3 years of workshop supervision experience.
  • •Ability to supervise mechanics and ensure workshop processes and quality standards are followed.
  • •Familiarity with maintaining workshop tools and equipment on a timely basis with a focus on safety and cost control.
