Job Summary

Strategic, forward-thinking Senior Manager to lead AMER People Experience (PX) with responsibility for HR Generalist delivery and Employee Relations strategy in a global matrix environment. Manages AMER HR Generalist (PXC) and AMER ER teams, guides annual HR cycles, drives data-driven insights, stakeholder partnerships, and cross-regional alignment to evolve the global PX operating model.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead AMER organizational change by partnering with HRBPs, Legal, and senior leaders to assess, map, and implement changes.
•Oversee timelines, processes, and interconnectivity with other HR teams; develop change plans with effective communication and stakeholder management.
•Develop and deploy high-quality content for leadership communications, training materials, and management reports.
•Support the PX AMER Senior Director with team design, measurement, development, and a roadmap of HR Generalist (PXC) and AMER ER projects.
•Synthesize business information to identify insights, make recommendations, and build strong relationships with HRBPs and leadership teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 277,600 annually

•Minimum 5 years of management experience leading HR Generalist (PXC) and Employee Relations (ER) teams in a matrixed, global environment.
•Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver strategic HR initiatives across a complex organization.
•Strong process mapping, system thinking, and data-driven insight development capabilities.
•Excellent communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels with a proactive, forward-looking mindset.
•Experience navigating ambiguity and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in HR projects.
