Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping standards.
  • •Perform routine maintenance, including identification, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of facility equipment.
  • •Complete work orders as assigned and follow up on work orders in a timely manner.
  • •Maintain Perrysburg building and grounds facilities using applicable resources and equipment.
  • •Assist with minor electrical and plumbing repairs, installation of signage and safety equipment, and office moves (furniture/cubicles/moving people).

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of related maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, or skilled electrical or mechanical trade experience with 1+ years in a manufacturing setting.
  • •Experience with commercial building utility power, air compressors, emergency generators, plumbing, fire detection, and facility systems.
  • •Knowledge of building electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
  • •Ability to work with tools to accomplish repairs and to work with little supervision.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, plus excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
