Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive development costing operations and champion seamless information sharing across vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Manage seasonal development costing milestones and activities.
  • •Lead fact-based vendor negotiations to design to higher profitability, partnering with product engineering.
  • •Provide FOB and landed costing perspectives for vendor allocation support and sourcing strategies.
  • •Ensure governance of costing process adherence, track key metrics, and improve costing productivity through automation and process redesign.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial garment manufacturing, buying office, or a trading company.
  • •Ability to understand technical specifications, Bills of Materials (BOM), and garment constructions.
  • •Knowledge of fabric weaving/constructions and different dyeing processes (plus).
  • •Knowledge of embellishments such as print techniques, embroidery, and quilting (plus).
  • •Strong negotiations, analytical and reasoning skills, with experience adopting change, business process redesign, or reengineering.
