Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with development of new NAND Flash memory by supporting design, layout, and optimization of memory/logic circuits.
  • •Supervise and own full chip verification activities, including planning, tracking, and setting verification criteria.
  • •Drive multi-functional team efforts for key feature evaluation and recommend architecture decisions.
  • •Collaborate with Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering to ensure accurate manufacturability.
  • •Proactively consult Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to ensure design quality, leveraging AI tools/workflows to improve efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Broad knowledge and experience in NAND Flash memory design, preferred.

  • •Strong understanding of logic, analog, and mixed-signal circuit functionality on a full-chip level.
  • •Proven expertise developing test benches in SystemVerilog and verification methodologies such as UVM.
  • •Knowledge of circuit simulators (XA, hspice, and/or hsim/Finesim) and semiconductor reliability issues (e.g., CHC, NBTI, stress/snapback, EM/IR analysis).
