Key Responsibilities

•Develop and improve data-center network monitoring services and optimize network data collection, processing, and visualization tools.
•Create network alert systems using trained learning algorithms for real-time anomaly detection and fault location.
•Collaborate with network engineers to develop automated network fault diagnosis systems and provide troubleshooting analysis services.
•Develop a network data platform based on network metadata to deliver real-time status and trend metrics.
•Monitor and enhance network availability and efficiency using advanced network technologies.

Key Requirements

•Completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C++, or Python, and ability to read and understand other languages.
•Strong knowledge of network monitoring and alarm systems, including in-depth understanding of networking protocols and the TCP/IP stack.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Preferred experience in network monitoring and alert systems, plus a foundation in big data processing; familiarity with switch monitoring technologies is a plus.
