Work with walk-in and phone customers to understand needs, propose solutions, and keep the sales process running smoothly. You’ll process and distribute orders, perform accurate sales-order data entry and invoice/payment handling, estimate delivery dates, and handle warranty disposition. You’ll also support warehouse activities like receiving and shipping in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
