Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical roadmap for the integration ecosystem and design resilient, scalable, secure development patterns (event-driven, sync/async APIs, batch processing).
  • •Lead technical execution by writing production-ready code for core platform components and conducting rigorous code reviews.
  • •Define and evolve standard templates for error handling, logging, and security across real-time REST APIs, asynchronous messaging, and scheduled batch file transfers.
  • •Improve platform observability and resilience by building distributed tracing, advanced monitoring, and automated self-healing mechanisms to reduce MTTR.
  • •Coach and mentor a dedicated team of integration engineers, and drive developer advocacy through adoption of standard schemas, self-service APIs, and robust documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field.

  • •Ability to communicate technical platform concepts in business value terms while collaborating across engineering teams.
