Job Summary

Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane Technologies customers in a commercial market. You will commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems, performing end-to-end testing and programming downloads using software and hand tools. Coordinate with team leadership and customers to plan on-site installs and repairs, enforce safety standards, maintain asset accountability, and mentor team members while providing direct customer support at job sites.

•Perform end-to-end testing, programming downloads, start-up, commissioning, and servicing for assigned HVAC/controls projects.
•Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer locations.
•Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs.
•Use software, technology, hand tools, and blueprints/engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
•Enforce safety standards, maintain security/accountability of company assets, and mentor team members while supporting overtime and occasional overnight stays.

Key Requirements

•Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (including DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving).
•Ability to meet safety and physical job requirements, including working at heights and using protective equipment.
