Key Responsibilities

•Own endpoint management for macOS and Windows via MDM (e.g., Jamf, Intune), including zero-touch provisioning, patch management, security baselines, and compliance reporting for the fleet
•Design and maintain automation workflows across IT systems (e.g., Okta Workflows, Serval, Zapier, PowerShell/Python, APIs) and manage SaaS integrations across Okta, ServiceNow, Google Workspace, Slack, and Azure/AWS
•Serve as primary ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security — core data model, catalog, workflows, SLAs, and integrations; support ITGC, SOX/IT controls, access reviews, and change management
•Administer AWS accounts used for corporate IT, VPN, and supporting infrastructure, including secure networking patterns, logging, monitoring, and alerting across IT-owned cloud resources
•Evaluate, configure, and govern AI tools and MCP-based agent frameworks in partnership with IT and Security, ensuring safe usage patterns and clear runbooks
