Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive auction success through leadership of the site, setting the tone for customer and employee experience and executing strategies for financial performance.
  • •Identify business growth opportunities by meeting customers and supporting sales visits and customer engagement.
  • •Serve as change champion for the site by understanding, communicating, and ensuring follow-through on corporate directives and initiatives.
  • •Review site Profit and Loss each accounting period, ensure accurate reconciliation, monitor accounts receivable, and control payroll and other expenses.
  • •Lead people management: identify, hire, train, mentor managers and employees; manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and regular team meetings.

  • •Bachelor’s degree with auction and automotive experience or a High School diploma/GED with at least 5 years of auction experience and 5 years of automotive experience in similar work.
