Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and maintain the facility in the control room or field to optimize plant performance through established procedures.
  • •Operate equipment, perform repairs, and maintain plant equipment to maximize availability, reliability, efficiency, and profitability.
  • •Conduct daily maintenance including overhauls, calibration, troubleshooting, repair/replacement, and removal/installation of plant equipment and systems.
  • •Troubleshoot and document issues and assist in resolving problems discovered on shift.
  • •Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental procedures (including Lockout Tagout, Job Safety Analysis, confined space, hot work, electrical safety, and PPE).

Key Requirements

  • •4–6 years of related experience and completion of Tier 2 within the primary skill for position performance.
  • •Minimum high school diploma (or equivalent).

  • •Must pass the POSS/MASS exam and demonstrate independent troubleshooting knowledge.
