Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end programme plans, including milestones, dependencies, decisions, and risks, keeping them in a usable single place.
  • •Own counterparty relationships as the first point of contact for the bank and partner teams.
  • •Run the weekly programme cadence with bank counterparties using working groups, steering committees, minutes, and actions.
  • •Investigate and resolve delivery slips until they move, using escalation and follow-through to unblock work.
  • •Manage approval-linked compliance milestones and go-live gates, surface risk early with options, and expand into scoped follow-on work.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 years in project or programme management, including at least 4 years delivering with banks or financial institutions in Saudi Arabia.
  • •Proven experience holding senior client relationships and growing an account, not only administering plans.
  • •Hands-on, proactive delivery approach—able to go into the detail when a workstream stalls and get it moving.
  • •Strong understanding of core systems, APIs, and integration delivery to test estimates and spot slippage in advance.
  • •Arabic is a must; fluent English is strongly preferred. Based in Jeddah or ready to relocate.
