Heat Pump Service Technician

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and support residential heat pump systems in a non-selling, technical role. Conduct on-site walkthroughs for complex or high-priority installations, verify system functionality (airflow and refrigerant performance), and document findings in field reports. Provide technical assessments and feedback to installation teams and internal stakeholders, support training by identifying recurring challenges, and help ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to spec.
