Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct product training for new launches and lead client education events to improve client knowledge of markets and solutions.
  • •Follow a needs-based sales process to deliver a consistent wealth experience and outstanding client experience.
  • •Support RMs by providing technical product expertise, acting as a second point of contact for specific products and solutions.
  • •Conduct portfolio reviews with RMs, assessing product suitability and impacts from market and regulatory changes, and identify opportunities and manage risks.
  • •Complete insurance-related transactions independently for clients with insurance needs in meetings and coach RMs to improve product-specific technical knowledge.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum six years of experience as a product specialist or financial advisor, or at least one year as a Sub-branch Manager in WPB.
  • •Strong client skills with the ability to deliver a needs-based client experience.
  • •Deep knowledge of complex financial solutions and products, including financial markets and regulatory requirements.
  • •Extensive external market awareness and understanding of current financial market activities.
  • •Knowledge of global Anti-money Laundering standards and local/Group compliance regulations.
