•Develop and oversee daily operations of a team of Risk Specialists, focused on mitigating risks for high-risk customers in Correspondent Banking environments.
•Set cultural and professional standards for BAU execution and distinguish between routine urgencies and true impact.
•Lead hiring, training, and ongoing career development for analysts through check-ins and development plans.
•Unblock the team by using expertise to support risk-based decisions, mitigation actions, and control recommendations.
•Own KPI/SLA performance and ensure high-quality audit trails, procedural implementation, and clear stakeholder communication.
