•Manage one Email Marketing Specialist, providing direction, coaching, and quality control
•Apply AI and testing in practical ways to improve workflow efficiency, execution quality, and program performance

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 135,000 annually

•Ability to own email marketing strategy, nurture strategy, and governance in partnership with RevOps
•Familiarity with GDPR governance and building scalable marketing processes
