Key Responsibilities

  • •Strategize software requirement, solution, and system design initiatives aligned to long-term business objectives and technological advancements.
  • •Oversee regulatory compliance and industry standards through regular evaluations to mitigate risk.
  • •Direct software requirements and system design by partnering with Product Managers and System Engineers to translate clinical and product needs into feasible designs.
  • •Integrate DFMEA into requirement and design phases to identify failure modes early and enforce risk control measures.
  • •Lead investigations for complaints and CAPA using systematic root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions to closure.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of software engineering experience in Medical Devices or safety-critical industries.
  • •Strong experience with Software Requirement and System Design, translating clinical and user needs into technical specifications and robust system designs.
  • •Experience with Harness Engineering, AI-augmented software delivery, or agent-assisted development workflows (structured specifications, automated test generation, feedback loops, governance for coding agents).
  • •Experience leading CAPA investigations in regulated software environments, including root cause analysis, corrective/preventive action planning, and effectiveness verification.
