Branch Manager - Houston Region

Manage the day-to-day operations of a bank branch while driving sales goals and providing direct input in delivering financial services. Ensure exceptional customer service by opening accounts, handling client requests, resolving service issues, and building relationships. Oversee branch productivity, compliance with federal/state consumer regulations, transaction review, custody and control procedures, auditing needs, and daily general ledger/cash balancing. Supervise and coach branch personnel, including scheduling, evaluations, and training.
