Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes for accuracy and timeliness.
  • •Perform hands-on accounting operations, including reviewing journal entries and reconciliations.
  • •Own accounting activities across multiple subsidiaries end-to-end, from day-to-day through closing and reporting.
  • •Build and improve accounting processes, controls, and workflows for a growing multi-entity environment.
  • •Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors, managing audit and compliance communication and consolidation needs.

Key Requirements

  • •CPA certification with a degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • •1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Controller (or similar) after internship experience at a Big 4 firm.
  • •Hands-on experience owning the full monthly close process.
  • •Experience working in a multi-entity environment with solid US GAAP knowledge.
  • •Strong detail-orientation, proactive ownership, ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
