Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and enhance Securities Services reputation for client service delivery through coordination with client stakeholders and internal staff.
  • •Ensure client services meet expectations and follow up with operational departments when service levels fall short.
  • •Identify and prioritize MSIIs and implement remedial actions; keep procedures and operational guides up to date.
  • •Own capacity reporting and management information systems (MIS) for performance review, trend analysis, and knowledge sharing.
  • •Manage recruitment, training needs, incident/error reporting and escalation, and actions to reduce key-man risk via upskilling and cross training.

Key Requirements

  • •10-12 years of prior experience in Transfer Agency & Registrar or fund services operations.
  • •Knowledge of the securities industry.
  • •Working knowledge of regulations including CASS, IMR, GDPR, FATCA, CRS, and CSSF.
  • •Proven management experience in financial services.
  • •A graduate or post-graduate diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking.
