Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet and serve customers professionally, respond to queries, and handle situations to deliver the highest level of customer service.
  • •Perform basic retail preparation and standards for quality products, including stock rotation, merchandising, and adjusting orders as required.
  • •Follow hygiene and allergen recording systems and ensure all Health and Safety codes and COSHH regulations are met.
  • •Operate electronic point of sale (EPOS) terminals and handle cash, including opening/end-of-day procedures and cashing up as required.
  • •Support team work by upselling products, participating in training, and taking part in personal development reviews; undertake other reasonable duties as requested.
