Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full ownership of the store and drive its commercial success through continuous improvement in sales, productivity, and profitability
  • •Analyze store data to identify and address improvement areas with support from the District Manager or retail back-office partners
  • •Lead and maximize selling time on the floor while ensuring there is always a manager on duty and focus on customer and selling when responsible
  • •Schedule staff to serve customers, drive sales, and execute store tasks according to policies and procedures
  • •Ensure brand execution standards, process deliveries promptly, manage cash handling accurately, and implement loss prevention policies

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized university
  • •Minimum 18 months’ experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment
  • •At least 12 months of store management responsibility
  • •Intermediate numeracy and literacy with advanced verbal communication skills
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead store operations, team performance, and loss prevention policies
