Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage a team of Commercial Banking Analysts supporting Middle Market Banking teams with prospecting, deal execution, and client servicing.
  • •Lead and coordinate deal teams by preparing internal screening packages, term sheets, and client/prospect pitch decks.
  • •Manage live deal execution with Middle Market Bankers, internal and external partners, and Corporate Finance/Industry Consulting analysts.
  • •Advance deal structuring ideas and support financial analysis, including modeling and debt capacity analysis.
  • •Assist the Commercial Banking Analyst Manager with training program oversight, recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and day-to-day management via regular 1x1s.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
  • •5+ years of financial services experience with emphasis in sales management, leadership, and/or project management.
