Derivatives Solutions Lead

Lead NTAM’s Overlay business and drive growth by bringing a multi-asset derivatives solutions platform to clients. Own development, implementation, and management of hedging strategies across equity, rates, currency, credit, and commodity asset classes. Oversee client portfolio exposures and operational controls, partner with trading and the global trade desk, and collaborate with operations, reporting, and performance teams. Lead an overlay implementation team and present capabilities to prospective clients.
