Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze customer usage data to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks and improve adoption and value realization.
  • •Create and execute product telemetry programs to keep customers ahead and achieve business objectives.
  • •Advise customers as a Benchling platform and AI capabilities expert, translating expertise into successful deployment outcomes.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Professional Services to craft customer strategies and address challenges.
  • •Design and run adoption campaigns, deployment health checks, and Executive Business Reviews to drive retention and deployment success.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or M.Sc. in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, Bioengineering or similar Life Science field, or 2+ years work experience in Life Sciences/Healthcare (ideally lab/research).
  • •4+ years of Customer Success, Professional Services, or Consulting experience in a SaaS software environment, building relationships with users and stakeholders.
  • •Strong analytical skills using data insights to diagnose deployment health and develop targeted adoption strategies.
  • •Strong project management skills with the ability to influence without authority; hands-on implementation experience preferred.
  • •Excellent communication skills across verbal, written, and presentation formats to diverse audiences.
