Key Responsibilities

•Lead geotechnical investigations, analysis, and design for multidisciplinary infrastructure, energy, and development projects.
•Manage medium to large projects from planning and budgeting through execution and client engagement.
•Evaluate geotechnical challenges including settlement, liquefaction, slope stability, and excavation design.
•Prepare and review technical reports, design briefs, and construction documentation.
•Lead field programs and construction QA/QC activities, including site investigations and testing programs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical, Geological, or Civil Engineering (or related discipline).
•8+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience with leadership in complex multidisciplinary projects.
•Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in British Columbia (or eligible for registration).
•Proven project management experience including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement.
•Proficiency with geotechnical software such as GeoStudio, Rocscience (or equivalent).
