Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and empower operational teams to consistently meet SLAs, exceed client expectations, and improve operational efficiency.
  • •Lead and implement projects to streamline operations, optimize workflows, and improve delivery performance.
  • •Oversee ground, domestic, and express operations and inbound/outbound and warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with safety, security, and sustainability standards.
  • •Analyze operational data to identify improvement areas, optimize resource allocation, and manage operating expenses.
  • •Drive operational readiness for disruptive incidents by developing and maintaining response and recovery plans using business continuity tools and templates.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 7 years of experience in a leadership/managerial position in the same industry.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field; a Master’s is a plus.
  • •Experience implementing and enforcing operational standards and procedures.
  • •Ability to lead and empower teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and exceed client expectations.
  • •Experience driving operational efficiency through process improvement initiatives and operational data analysis.
