Key Responsibilities

•Modernize the Commerce Cloud Platform from seat-centric billing to a flexible, meter-agnostic engine for high-concurrency usage events and complex settlements.
•Deliver “hardened” commerce capabilities for major customers, including aggregate quoting, threshold-based invoicing, and advanced credit management.
•Ensure financial integrity by delivering 100% accurate revenue recognition (MRR/ARR) and managing downstream integrations with Stripe and internal finance reporting tools.
•Drive AI adoption in the platform, including automated testing for complex scenarios, billing anomaly detection, and optimizing the “Usage Event → Invoice” pipeline.
•Manage Tier 1 external-facing services, instilling a zero-error engineering culture and high-availability architecture, and represent the roadmap to C-level stakeholders.

•Experience managing Tier 1, business-critical services where reliability and financial accuracy are paramount (“zero-error” tolerance).
•BS/MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
