Job Summary

Join the 2027 Industry Based Learning program within the IT department and support Daimler Truck staff with both on-site and remote assistance. You’ll help with iPhone and laptop refresh activities, new user access requests, and general IT support. Key Responsibilities

•Provide on-site and remote support to Daimler Truck staff, including hands-on support for the business and dealers.

•Support the Applications team with new user administration, user audits, and knowledge base updates.
•Support the Infrastructure team with hardware rollouts.
•Create and raise purchase orders, process invoices, and help ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.
