Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy standard work packages across the facility, including conducting time studies and maintaining process documentation.
  • •Support lean initiatives including Kaizen and Rapid Improvement Events, using tools such as standard work and lean material flow.
  • •Participate in value stream map projects and problem-solving events (5 Why/A3/8D) to implement corrective and improvement actions.
  • •Drive 5S+ culture through audits and kaizen events, and implement visual controls (floor markings, shadow boards, bin labeling).
  • •Partner with operations and attend Tier 2 meetings to resolve daily production issues; provide productivity/efficiency suggestions and support related EHS action items.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 2 years working in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Work, and PowerPoint.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
  • •Preferred: an associate degree in engineering or other technical program, plus RIEs/Kaizen or manufacturing engineering CI experience.
