Account Project Manager

Own enterprise client projects by deeply understanding the InEvent platform and helping customers with questions while recommending the best solutions. Triage client concerns to improve their experience, drive retention and continued usage, and identify upsell opportunities through customer success initiatives. Collaborate across Customer Success, including mentoring trainers supporting major enterprise accounts, while maintaining strong communication and accountability.
