Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of new store openings, renovations, and major retail projects across Australia and New Zealand.
  • •Partner with headquarters, designers, landlords, consultants, and contractors to manage requirements, resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery.
  • •Coordinate tender processes, including tender documentation, submission assessment, and support contractor appointment.
  • •Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure projects remain commercially aligned with approved budgets.
