Senior Analyst, Accounting (Consolidation & Reporting)

Drive lease accounting and reporting for a publicly traded, multi-brand business. Ensure US GAAP (ASC 842) compliance, execute month-end close activities, and deliver accurate lease components of financial statements. Support SEC quarterly/annual reporting with Corporate Accounting and External Reporting partners, provide audit support and walkthroughs, and identify process/control improvements. Collaborate across Accounting, Lease Administration, and FP&A, using data analysis tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
