Mortgage Loan Originator

Originate residential first mortgage loans from outside referrals, owning each loan from application through closing. Build and maintain realtor/builder and personal referral relationships, apply conventional and/or government lending guidelines, and complete Fannie Mae Form 1003 using the required systems. Manage the end-to-end loan pipeline, gather documentation, transmit packages through the underwriting process, and deliver timely updates while meeting sales and cross-selling objectives.
