Job Summary

Analyze and document business and functional requirements for technical initiatives using VisionPLUS. Partner with stakeholders, development, and testing teams to support VisionPLUS applications and related payments systems. Create BRD/FRD, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications, and coordinate UAT, defect management, and production support. Drive delivery of enhancements, integrations, and system upgrades for the credit card and payments domain.

•Experience gathering requirements, performing gap analysis, and managing stakeholders.
•Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and SDLC/Agile methodologies.
